Aim of project:

The client came to me because they wanted to demolish the existing conservatory and rebuild it using cavity walls and a solid roof with the aim to improve the energy efficiency of the house.

We also took this opportunity to refine the ground floor layout to allow for a larger kitchen space overlooking the large garden.
