Aim of project:

This house is a newly bought property by newlyweds - this is their first property together and a place to start their family.

The main issue with the property is the lack of connection with the kitchen with the lounge as well as the the lack of a downstairs WC and a utility room. The proposed single storey rear extension was to provide them with much more natural light and the required space for a WC and a utility room.
